  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time begins after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

If we experience a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We currently ship to:

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

4. Courier Services

We ship orders using trusted third‑party courier services such as [J&T, DHL, Pos Laju, FedEx]. Courier selection may vary depending on destination and order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

  • Please monitor your shipment using the courier’s tracking page.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • We may require photos or supporting documents to assist with claims.

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship items that are:

  • Prohibited or restricted by local or international laws

  • Classified as hazardous unless clearly stated
